A: Our average delivery time is 15 to 20 business days, but it can take up to 50 business days. *Due to Covid-19 and protective measures, the average time may be extended as current export and import protocols must be followed to ensure consistency and safety according to World Health Organization recommendations.*

A: We deliver throughout the Americas via postal services.

5 - What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card. Payment by BOLETO can be made at any bank branch, online, or at the nearest lottery office.

A: Installment payments are only accepted by credit card.

7 - Can I get a second copy of the invoice?
A: Yes, you can! Keep an eye on your phone. If you haven't made the payment yet, we will send you a link to create a new invoice with an updated date. You can also contact us to request a new invoice.

A: Our suppliers are mainly from China, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

A: No, all orders are delivered to our customers via the logistics company Correios.

12 - I bought more than one product in the same order, but I only received part of it. Is this normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: This can happen, but don't worry. This situation occurs when different suppliers are responsible for the selected products. In this case, two different tracking codes will be sent so you can track your orders.
